During our recent family vacation at Astoria Hotel in De Haan, we found the atmosphere to be pleasantly welcoming for families. The hotel is perfectly situated just a five-minute walk from the beach, making it easy for our daughters to enjoy the sandy shores. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, featuring ample storage for a week-long stay. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, along with the complimentary water each day- a thoughtful touch that is not common in many four-star hotels. Each morning, we delighted in the breakfast options, particularly the delicious egg dishes served in charming little pans. The hotel's proximity to a mini-golf course and a playground kept the kids entertained, allowing us some peace while they rode gocarts nearby. Our experience was emphasized by the polite staff, who consistently went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel Astoria is a solid choice for families exploring De Haan.
